About

While I was raised in a very health conscious family and always passionately respected physical fitness, it was only within the last 2 years that this interest has grown to become the foundation of my current lifestyle: the new direction of my personal and professional development.
My experience within the business world of fitness, specifically my tenure at Goodlife Fitness Clubs fulfilling many different roles, has instilled in me a thorough understanding of the dynamics of successful business – especially toward health and fitness clients. But my time in the corporate world has also provided a sense of the necessary skills needed to satisfy and anticipate client demand.
These skills gained through firsthand experience have only been sharpened due to the dedication and passion held for my lifestyle. After losing over 70 pounds through a strict regiment of health conscious eating and exercise, physical conditioning and wellbeing have taken on new meaning. Months of extensive research and reading have led me to many personal discoveries about the value and success of a wide range of fitness strategies.
I am at a stage now where my motivation, passion and research have given me the confidence and knowledge to begin to help others with fitness-related questions: sharing tools and experiences toward personal empowerment. I am at a stage where I need formal training to understand the science behind the strategies and techniques I have already learned as well as a more intimate knowledge of the many other dimensions.
My certifications include: Can-Fit-Pro Personal Training Specialist (PTS), Sport Conditioning Specialist (SCS) and Resist-A-Ball (RAB). I specialize in athletic sports performance training, and female bodybuilding.
I am currently managing 4 large fitness clubs in Toronto. I’m also partial to racquet sports, and play squash regularly.
